What We Offer
We offer 2 roles in our practicum program that suits all MSW and some counseling students. All roles are completely virtual. Please check with your Practicum/Field Director to ensure that remote placements are allowed.

This role is suited for BSW/MSW Generalist students who want to gain more skills across the span of micro, mezzo and macro social work. As intake coordinator, you will be the first line of communication for potential service seekers. In addition, your role includes minor operations, case coordination and referral building.

This role is best suited for Advanced Standing or 2nd Year MSW students seeking to gain experience in micro social work. As a Clinical Therapy Intern, you will be responsible for conducting intake assessments with confirmed service seekers and maintaining a small caseload up to 5 clients, under close supervision.

Training
All students receive extensive training in the MotherlandCo. Framework, which centers reproductive mental health, race-based traumatic stress and liberatory care.
Supervision
All students receive weekly reflective supervision individually and in their cohort. This is a space to discuss the material you’re learning, ask questions and challenge your ideals.

Incentives
All students will have access to attend outside trainings, conferences, seminars and 1 treatment modality training paid for by MotherlandCo. up to $600.
