Our session will be
-
Compassionate
Centers care, curiosity, and respect for the clinician as a whole person. It creates a supportive space where challenges can be named without fear of judgment, allowing clinicians to build confidence, tend to emotional labor, and grow with care rather than pressure.
-
Reflective
Reflective supervision offers space to slow down and think deeply about clinical work. Through curiosity and dialogue, we explore case conceptualization, countertransference, and decision-making, supporting insight, ethical clarity, and a more intentional clinical practice.
-
Radical
Radical supervision names and challenges the systems that shape clinical work. It examines power, identity, and harm within mental health spaces, supporting clinicians in practicing with integrity, accountability, and liberation—rather than assimilation into unjust norms.

FAQs
Who is clinical supervision for?
Clinical supervision is for associate-licensed and licensed clinicians who are working toward licensure, deepening their clinical skills, or seeking reflective and justice-oriented support in their practice. I work with clinicians in agency, community-based, school-based, and private practice settings.
Do you offer individual and group supervision?
Yes. I offer both individual and group supervision. Together, we’ll determine the best format based on your learning needs, licensure requirements, and work setting.
What kind of supervision style do you offer?
My supervision style is compassionate, reflective, and radical. It centers clinical growth while also attending to power, identity, and systemic context. Supervision is relational and structured, offering both support and accountability. This approach is a good fit for clinicians who want depth, ethical clarity, and values-aligned practice.
In which states are you an approved supervisor?
I am an approved clinical supervisor in Washington, DC; Maryland; Virginia; Washington State; and Wisconsin. Supervision hours and documentation are provided in alignment with each state’s licensing board requirements.
How often does supervision meet, and how long are sessions?
Supervision is offered in 60-minute sessions, either weekly or bi-weekly, depending on your work hours and state licensure guidelines.
What if I’m not sure this supervision is the right fit for me?
That’s completely okay. All supervision relationships begin with a consultation to explore your goals, licensure needs, and expectations. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll be transparent and, when possible, help you think through other supervision options that may better meet your needs.
