Shanaé is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Virginia, Georgia, South Carolina and District of Columbia. She is passionate about providing an authentic and non-judgmental space for those who may simply need someone to listen and walk-through life’s adversities.
She has actively practiced in the field of social work for over ten years collaborating and holding space to create holistic treatment plans for long-term positive treatment outcomes. She has experience providing services to individuals impacted by substance use disorders, depression, anxiety, end of life concerns, stress, and adjustment to chronic illnesses.
As the Clinical Coordinator at MotherlandCo., Shanaé manages grant funding and operation systems.

Leslie is a current graduate student at Salisbury University/UMGC Europe program pursuing a Master of Social Work. She is in the generalist year of the program, where I am building a strong foundation for the social work core concepts and principles. As a proud Latina woman living in Italy, I bring a unique experience to my work and am committed to serving a diverse community. I am passionate about advocacy and supporting individuals and families through meaningful client-centered approaches.

Ta'Nia is a BSW student at Salisbury University, completing her degree through the University of Maryland Global Campus partnership. She is currently gaining hands-on experience as a field intern at Motherland Co., where her passion for community, healing, and human connection comes to life. Ta’Nia enjoys traveling and has a deep love for language and lifelong learning.
Looking ahead, Ta’Nia envisions herself as a play therapist for neurodivergent children, offering a trauma-informed approach grounded in empathy and evidence-based practice. She’s especially drawn to therapy models that honor neurodiversity and center healing through creativity, play, and deep listening. Her work is guided by ongoing exploration into the latest trauma-informed research, with a heart firmly rooted in equity and care.

Alicia is a dedicated and versatile professional with extensive experience in administrative support, event management, and social services. Currently serving with the U.S. Air Force at Lakenheath, United Kingdom, she oversees daily operations for a medical support squadron and
coordinates logistics, communication, and member well-being for a large squadron. With a decade of prior experience as a Senior Corporate Events Specialist at Comcast, Alicia has demonstrated exceptional skill in leadership, team coordination, project management, and community engagement across multiple regions and initiatives.
Alicia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Work from Salisbury University and multiple associate degrees in psychology, liberal arts, and applied science from Central New Mexico Community College. As a military spouse, she is passionate about improving community wellness and work/life balance. She has provided outreach, education, and support to military families as a social work intern at the Military and Family Readiness Center. Known for her adaptability, problem-solving abilities, and commitment to service, Alicia strives to foster meaningful connections and empower others through collaboration, empathy, and evidence-based practice. She is currently a student at The University of Alabama pursuing her Master's degree in Social Work.
